Monthly Pop up Shop
You may also wish to visit one of our popular monthly pop up shops held in Longwick, Bucks and Cow Roast, Herts where we will have a range of sample products for you to view and order should you wish.

VIA THE WEBSITE
Ordering on the On Pointe Dancewear website couldn't be easier. Simply add the items you require to your on-line shopping basket and when you've got everything you need continue to the checkout for payment processing.
At the checkout you can either opt to pay on-line by credit or debit card or via PayPal. You can choose to have your order sent via Royal Mail or you can use our 'Click & Collect' service and collect your order from either of the two Allstars Academy venues.
Secure Online Payments
Payment online with On Pointe Dancewear is safe and secure, and we accept all major credit & debit cards and PayPal payments.
On completion of your order you will be given a confirmation order number. Please make a note of this order number should you need to contact us regarding your order.
CLICK & COLLECT
For 'Click & Collect in Store' orders, we will notify you by phone or email when your order is ready to collect. All orders for collection from Allstars Academy MUST be ordered by Midday on Wednesdays for collection for the following Monday. Payment for collected orders MUST be received before your order is processed, you can pay via bank transfer or you can pay online by credit /debit card or PayPal.
For card payments, you will also receive an email with confirmation of your payment.
Please note: Should you not receive this email, please do contact us, as this may mean that your payment has not transacted and may delay your order.
GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED ON RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT ONLY.
Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, please simply return them to us within 14 days of receipt, for either an exchange or refund. All we ask is that they are returned to us in their original, pristine, saleable condition, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.
Any items that are not in their original condition will not be refunded.
Please note: All tights & foundation garments, are considered final sales and as such are non-returnable.
